About these terms
These terms govern your use of GridLead at gridlead.app, including the website, the workspace, exports and CRM connections. By creating an account or using the service you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use GridLead. GridLead is currently in beta. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy. You can reach us at [email protected].
Your account
Provide accurate details when you register and keep your password and connected CRM tokens secure. An account is for one person; do not share it. You are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be old enough to enter into a contract under the law that applies to you.
What GridLead does
GridLead searches public Google Maps business listings inside an area you choose, checks public company websites for published email addresses and lets you review, export and transfer the results. Results depend on third-party sources and can be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that a search finds every business, that contact details are correct or that an email address accepts mail. Features marked “Coming soon” are not part of the service until they are released.
Plans, limits and fair use
Every new account starts on the Free plan, which is free of charge. Its current monthly search allowance and the number of unlocked companies per search are shown on the pricing section of the website and in your workspace. Technical limits on area, search points and results per search apply to all plans. Paid plans and one-time credits are not yet available; before they launch we will publish their prices, billing and cancellation terms, and nothing will be charged without your explicit order. We may adjust Free plan limits; the current limits are always shown on the website.
Acceptable use
Use GridLead for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for how you use contacts you collect or export, including data protection, anti-spam and direct-marketing rules such as the GDPR and ePrivacy laws. A published phone number or email address is not consent to receive marketing. Do not use GridLead to send unsolicited bulk messages where that is prohibited, to bypass plan limits or security controls, to access other users’ data, to overload or disrupt the service, to resell access or to build and sell a copy of the collected data as a competing database. Business listings and websites come from third parties whose own terms may also apply to your use of that data.
Your data and exports
Your account, searches, support messages and CRM connections are processed as described in the privacy policy. Excel and CSV files you download and records you send to a CRM are under your control; deleting a search in GridLead does not delete them. You give us permission to process the search settings and content you submit only to provide and protect the service. Keep your own copies of anything important: GridLead is not a backup service.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep GridLead available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Searches depend on Google Maps, websites, map providers and connected CRMs, which can change, limit or block access at any time, so a search may stop early or return partial results. We may change, suspend or remove features, especially during the beta. When a change significantly reduces what you can do, we will try to announce it in advance on the website or by email.
Liability
The Free plan is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, for the accuracy of third-party data, or for how you use collected contacts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life or health, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Ending your use
You can stop using GridLead at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable and safe, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as liability, survive the end of your use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as GridLead develops, for example when paid plans launch. The date at the top shows the current version. We will announce material changes on the website or by email before they take effect; if you keep using GridLead afterwards, the updated terms apply. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
